The first faint thunderclap woke me up at about 2:50. I guess if thunder doesn't wake me up, I can sleep through it okay; but if I am awakened, I have a bit of anxiety and a hard time falling asleep if there's lightning and thunder outside. I am beginning to think ur family and mine have a lot in common :). My daughter get complete anxiety attacks with thunderstorms too. She actually got her first full blown panic attack last year while driving. So now we know that she has a fear of driving at night too. Kinda round about story but we thought panic attacks were new to her to a therapist because she was getting depressed from bullying that was happening in school. Therapist wet deeper into thing with her about anxiety and we realize she's been having them since elementary school and I was just taking it as being a little scared to go to when in fact she was having separation anxiety from me and it therapy actually triggered alot of other things and now she understands herself more and I understand her more as well. We were so transparent, walking close to where he was sitting, acting like we didn't know he was just going to grab us and tickle us.
